"A taste of Italy in the heart of Carlow Town"
Our story begins in 2017 when the friends Marco and DiLucca decided to bring the food of their homeland to Ireland. Their motives? After visiting many Italian restaurants in the South-East, they noticed one thing: The way these restaurants prepared their food, lacked an authentic Italian touch. After choosing Carlow as their base of operations and hiring qualifiend chefs and pizzaiolos, Ireland was ready to taste a slice of Italy!
